**All order are shipped via USPS

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Starstylish A Luxury Branded Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping unless you have requested another shipping method at checkout! Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing a high volume of orders.Shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order , we will contact you via email or telephone. Choose your shipping method at checkout.Once your order is processed, shipping will proceed. 

Please verify all shipping information before submitting your order. If there is an issue with the shipping address you entered please contact us service@shopstarstylish.com immediately. StarStylish will not be liable for any incorrectly delivered shipments due to wrong address. If we make a mistake on behalf of starstylish we will correct it. Once your product is shipped and tracking number(s) is given please contact your local USPS for any delivery issues.

Free shipping on orders $150 or more no promo code needed. (FOR DOMESTIC ONLY)   ** OVERNIGHT DELIVERY IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS WITH DELIVERY ADDRESSES WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Depending on the carrier due to weather and major catastrophes. 

Shipment charges for your order will be caculated and displayed at checkout.

Cancel

Cancellation of an order cannot be made if the product has been shipped.

Damages

Starstylish is not liable for ANY  products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged , please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Starstylish ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please make sure your email is correct. You will receive a email confirmation once you place your order and when your order has been shipped along w/ tracking info. 

International Shipping Policy

* Transit time is ( 7-15 Business Days) 

Star Stylish is not responsible for Applicable custom fees, import duties , taxes, or other charges. Delivery can be delayed depending at customers. Star Stylish has no control on how long your package is held in customers. 

*The Postal Service is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have removed those countries from our website. We will re-add them once USPS releases international mail service suspension.
