Return / Exchange
Our return and exchange policy provides detailed information about procedures for your order.
We do not offer returns. All sales are final. Please choose items carefully before making your purchase. Please make sure you check the sizes and color before ordering.
All sales are final. We can only accept exchanges for defective products or if the wrong product was sent by Star Stylish in error. Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging or we will not be able to exchange the item. You must request a exchange within 72 hours after package is received. Please send request for exchange to email@example.com including your order number, name, product description and the reason for your exchange. Once your exchange has been approved by our customer service team, we will then provide to you shipping instructions. You will then need to ship the item(s) to Starstylish within 7 days after approval.
